Shannon Lima is an accomplished consulting manager whose career spans media, fashion, entrepreneurship, and corporate consulting. Based in New York City, she brings a rare combination of creativity, resilience, and business acumen to every role. A graduate of La Roche College with a bachelor’s in Communications, Media, and Technology, she went on to earn her MBA from the University of Pittsburgh—an achievement that propelled her into the world of high-level consulting. Shannon began her career as a sideline reporter for ESPN Magazine, covering the New York Knicks, before pivoting into marketing in the fashion industry. There, she successfully secured retail placement for luxury outerwear in Nordstrom, Saks Fifth Avenue, and Macy’s. Her entrepreneurial drive led her to launch Pickles & Roses, a startup brand that she grew into a national success, with products carried by Bed Bath & Beyond, BuyBuy Baby, and TJ Maxx. Today, Shannon leverages her diverse expertise as a Consulting Manager at Cognizant, specializing in M&A and Organizational Change Management. She works closely with global clients to lead complex integrations, navigate transformation, and build scalable systems that support sustainable growth. Beyond her professional success, Shannon is committed to advancing women in business. As part of the Women’s Bond Club career committee, she mentors college students preparing to enter finance, helping to shape the next generation of female leaders.
