Born and raised in Pittsburgh, Shannon Lima has built her life around resilience, balance, and the pursuit of excellence. Her career path reflects bold pivots—starting as an ESPN sideline reporter, moving into luxury fashion marketing, and then launching Pickles & Roses, a consumer brand she scaled to major retailers nationwide. Each chapter has deepened her understanding of business strategy, innovation, and perseverance. After earning her MBA at the University of Pittsburgh, Shannon transitioned into consulting, where she now specializes in mergers, acquisitions, and organizational change management at Cognizant. In this role, she helps organizations simplify complexity, manage transformation, and thrive in competitive markets. Outside of work, Shannon is a devoted mother and wellness enthusiast. She finds joy in hiking, biking, running, yoga, and Pilates, as well as exploring New York’s vibrant dining scene. Deeply committed to mentorship, she serves on the Women’s Bond Club career committee, guiding young women as they enter the workforce and pursue careers in finance and consulting.
